Welcome to USSNinja.com (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.ussninja.com, our services, and the purchase of vehicles from Japanese auto auctions via our platform.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

Client / Buyer / You: The person or entity engaging with USSNinja.com to purchase vehicles.
Vehicle: Any motor vehicle listed through Japanese auto auctions and purchased via our services.
Deposit: An advance payment made to secure bidding privileges and services.
Services: Auction bidding, inspection coordination, vehicle exportation, document handling, and related support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our site, you represent and warrant this to be true.

3. Use of Services

USSNinja.com acts as an agent on your behalf to source and purchase vehicles from Japanese auctions.
Vehicles are purchased “as-is, where-is”, without warranties.
We are not the seller of record; we facilitate purchases from third-party auction houses.

4. Deposits

A minimum deposit of ¥100,000 JPY or 30% of the intended purchase price, whichever is higher, is required before bidding.
Deposits can be paid via international bank transfer or PayPal (fees apply).
Deposits are refundable before a vehicle is purchased, minus any service, inspection, or banking fees incurred.
After purchase, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
If no purchase is made within 6 months, the deposit is considered forfeited unless an extension is requested in writing.

5. Bidding and Purchase Process

We will only bid on vehicles after receiving clear, written authorization from you.
Bids cannot be retracted once submitted.
Once a vehicle is won, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.
Final payment must be made within 48 hours of invoice issuance.

6. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours.
Accepted payment methods: international bank transfer (preferred), PayPal (additional fee applies).
Late payments may result in cancellation, resale of the vehicle, and forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Fees and Charges

You are responsible for all fees, including:
- Auction fees
- Inland transportation in Japan
- Export documentation
- Shipping and port charges
- Import duties/taxes in your country
- Bank transfer or PayPal fees

8. Shipping and Documentation

Vehicles are shipped to your nominated port once payment is received in full.
We will provide all necessary documents, including the Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, and Commercial Invoice.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, or port strikes.

9. Inspection and Grading

Vehicles are sold based on Japanese auction grading reports.
We provide translation and guidance, but grading is ultimately the auction house’s responsibility.
Optional pre-auction or post-auction inspections can be arranged (additional charges apply).

10. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are sold without warranty.
USSNinja.com does not guarantee odometer accuracy, accident history, or mechanical condition.
You accept full responsibility for verifying vehicle compliance with import laws in your country.

11. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for:

Auction report errors
Damages during transit
Delays in shipping or documentation
Vehicle condition upon arrival
Currency exchange losses
Import or customs rejections

Our liability is strictly limited to the services provided and capped at the amount paid for those services.

12. Radiation Checks

Vehicles sourced are from regions unaffected by the Fukushima incident.
Radiation testing can be requested but is not included by default.

13. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected is used strictly for communication, transaction processing, and legal compliance.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside service fulfillment (e.g., shipping companies).
